Shipping: When you check out, you'll be given several shipping options from both UPS and USPS so that you can choose the method that's best for you. Please note that Naka only takes responsibility for international shipments shipped via DHL; we offer USPS because it is a lower cost option, but do not take responsibility for the package once it has been shipped. We will contact you with an exact shipping cost after checkout. We will not ship your order until you have approved the shipping cost.
Return Policy: We want you to be happy. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return or exchange it within 21 days. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Send items prepaid and packaged securely. Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Once we have received the return item, we will credit your credit card and notify you via e-mail of the transaction. For exchange items, we will credit your credit card upon receipt of the item and then charge your card once the new item is shipped. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you have any questions about our return policy, please feel free to ask us before ordering.
